Do All Witches Worship Gods Other than God?

The short sweet answer is no. So many times you might be either asked which you worship or told what deities another witch worships, and there is no one right answer. You do not need to worship any famous name brand Gods in order to be a witch. It is just much easier to have a known guiding influence or direction because we are wired for a certain measure of certainty and the pure unknown is scary indeed. The New Age paths seem to put a heavy influence on affiliating with a big name brand God or Devil, but there are many many non corporeal beings that a witch may possibly form an affiliation. Its all about channeling and directing energy where you want it to go and do not expect that path to be broad and clear. So, then is it all about ancestors and gaining their good graces? No. Some people do not have ancestors that will be amenable to helping, and these witches have other ways. There are many ways to gather, channel and direct energy, and there is no right or wrong to them, just difference. That is the beauty of it all. Meditation works for some, prayer and devotion for others. Its all good when it gets results! Its ok if there is neither a worshipful nor meditative bone in your body. Your personal connection for workings may come to you in a new unique way. Be patient and persevere.
